Shipping Policies
Items purchased in our E-boutique will be posted out within 10days of order. Should you require an urgent order please contact us at eboutique@begitta.com and we will do our best to help you out.
Garments purchased on a made to order basis such as custom made garments will be shipped out once garment is complete, time varies from garment to garment, you will be informed of the lead times of your specific order.

Standard Shipping Charges
WITHIN AUSTRALIA: $6.95 for the first item and combine shipping prices for each additional item. *This does not include gowns and larger items nor does it include custom made pieces. Should you wish to enquire as to postage charges please contact us.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING: Listed at checkout.

Our e-boutique administrator is available to answer any questions in regards to our online boutique. Please email eboutique@begitta.com for enquiries relating to the Begitta e-boutique and a response will be sent as soon as possible

Exchange Policy
We do not exchange or refund for wrong choice or change of mind. All sales are final unless faulty in which a repair will be issued - Items must be returned for repair within 7 days of purchase and in original, un-used condition (maximum7 days after garment has been scheduled to arrive via post) Made to measure garments cannot be refunded, exchanged or otherwise. Where necessary alterations can be made at the companies discretion.

Limitations
Unfortunately, the following items are non-exchangeable for other items: lingerie, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, jewellery, accessories or sale items. Exchanges on change of mind are not available on made-to-measure garments.

Please retain your original invoice as proof of purchase.
Shipping charges will occur if garment has been returned for false damages - where garment has been purposely tampered with. Repairs will not be given for garments believed to be purposefully ruined, tampered with or where garments have been worn/used in a way that is not specific to the use of the garment as well as not cared for as specified (Eg. Not washed correctly, used in chlorine where not specified ect) Should a discrepancy occur, it is to our discretion to refuse exchange/refund/repair.
NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS CAN BE MADE ON MADE TO MEASURE – ONLY REPAIRS WILL BE COMPLETED WHERE FAULTS OCCUR WITHIN THE TIME OF 7 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY
